Managing coaching sessions
Once a coaching session is complete, you can mark it as such. Whether it was a call, an in-person meeting, or a messages thread, just click on “Mark session” and assign the number for that session.
Below is how you would mark a message as a session, it works exactly the same for calls and in-person meetings.
Completed and pending sessions
Once a call or an in-person meeting is marked as a session, it will be considered as completed.
But with messages, a session is only completed if there's at least one response from the member in that messages thread. Until then, it will be shown as “pending” under the Completed Sessions list in the case's sidebar.
